What We Believe

What We Believe

Our core beliefs and biblical foundations that guide our faith, ministry, and daily walk with Christ.

Our beliefs are grounded in the timeless truths of Scripture and the historic Christian faith. These core doctrines shape who we are and guide everything we do as a church community.

The Bible

We believe the Bible is the inspired, infallible Word of God and our ultimate authority for faith and life.

God

We believe in one God, eternally existing in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

Jesus Christ

We believe Jesus Christ is fully God and fully man, who died for our sins and rose again, offering salvation to all who believe.

Salvation

We believe salvation is by grace alone, through faith alone, in Christ alone - not by works or good deeds.

The Church

We believe the church is the body of Christ, called to worship, fellowship, discipleship, and mission.

Eternal Life

We believe in the resurrection of the dead and eternal life for all who trust in Jesus Christ.

The Bible

We believe the Bible is the inspired, infallible Word of God. It is our ultimate authority for faith, doctrine, and Christian living. Every word of Scripture is God-breathed and profitable for teaching, correction, and training in righteousness.

"All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness." - 2 Timothy 3:16

The Trinity

We believe in one God who exists eternally in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Each person of the Trinity is fully God, yet there is only one God.

Jesus Christ

We believe Jesus Christ is the Son of God, fully God and fully man. He was born of a virgin, lived a sinless life, died on the cross for our sins, rose from the dead, and ascended to heaven. He is the only way to salvation.

"Jesus answered, 'I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'" - John 14:6

Salvation

We believe salvation is by grace alone, through faith alone, in Christ alone. It is not by works but by God's grace that we are saved. When we repent of our sins and believe in Jesus Christ, we are born again and become children of God.

"For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God—not by works, so that no one can boast." - Ephesians 2:8-9

The Holy Spirit

We believe the Holy Spirit is God and dwells within every believer. He convicts of sin, guides us into truth, empowers us for service, and produces spiritual fruit in our lives.

The Church

We believe the church is the body of Christ, made up of all believers. The local church exists to worship God, build up believers, and reach the lost with the Gospel.

Apostolic Ministry

We believe in the five-fold ministry gifts (apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors, and teachers) given to equip the saints for the work of ministry and to build up the body of Christ.

Water Baptism

We believe in baptism by immersion as an outward expression of an inward faith. Baptism symbolizes our death to sin and resurrection to new life in Christ.

The Second Coming

We believe Jesus Christ will return to earth to establish His kingdom. We look forward to His coming and live in anticipation of that glorious day.
